These terms govern use of luna-property.co.uk, its enquiry tools and any client portal made available by Luna Property Developments Ltd, company number 17016985, registered at 19 Repton Court, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1LN.

Separate reservation agreements, contracts, allocation documents and payment schedules govern an actual property transaction and take priority for that transaction.

Website content, account creation, an enquiry, a viewing request, portal access or an expression of interest does not by itself create a reservation, sale, agency, advisory or investment contract.

A binding obligation arises only through documents expressly identified as binding, validly agreed by the relevant parties and accompanied by any required payment or condition.

Purchase progression and portal services are intended for people aged 18 or over with legal capacity. Companies, trusts, representatives and joint purchasers must provide evidence of authority and ownership where requested.

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep passwords, verification codes and private links confidential.
• Do not access another client’s information or administrator functions.
• Notify us promptly if credentials or documents may have been compromised.

We may require additional authentication or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or suspected misuse.

Prices, availability, dimensions, specifications, layouts, plans, images, completion estimates and construction progress may change and must be reconfirmed before commitment.

Renders and photographs may be illustrative. Furniture, landscaping, appliances, views and finishes are included only where confirmed in signed transaction documents.

Buyers should appoint independent legal and other professional advisers to review title, ownership, planning, survey, tax, finance, exchange-control, valuation and transaction documents.

Luna Property does not replace a buyer’s solicitor, surveyor, accountant, tax adviser, mortgage adviser or regulated financial adviser.

Progression may depend on identity, proof-of-address, authority, sanctions, fraud-prevention and source-of-funds checks. We may pause or refuse progression where information is incomplete, inconsistent or raises legal or risk concerns.

Payment instructions must be verified using an independently confirmed contact method. Do not send funds based only on an unexpected WhatsApp, social-media or email message.

Reservation fees, deposits, instalments, taxes, service charges, currency costs and refund rights are governed by the applicable transaction documents and law. Future online payments may be processed through Flutterwave under additional provider terms.

You must not use the website unlawfully, upload malicious or infringing content, scrape or probe the service, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, submit spam or republish private portal material without permission.

Website design, text, branding, photography, video, plans and portal materials are owned by or licensed to Luna Property and its partners. No licence is granted beyond ordinary personal use of the website unless confirmed in writing.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, commercial or technical reasons. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Luna Property is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed website information, third-party services, user misuse, unauthorised credential sharing or events outside reasonable control.

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without overriding mandatory rights that may apply elsewhere. Transaction documents may specify a different governing law or dispute process.
